Service Terms and Conditions
All free estimates provided by T&T Flooring Services remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing may be subject to adjustment due to material cost changes or unforeseen project complexities discovered during the work. For scheduled projects, we may require a deposit to secure materials and book your installation date. The remaining balance will be due upon satisfactory completion of the work. Payment methods accepted include cash, checks, and major credit cards .Our workmanship warranty covers all installations for [Insert Warranty Period]. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and will be detailed in your project contract. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain flooring according to manufacturer guidelines to preserve warranty coverage.

Our team will communicate any changes promptly. Customers must ensure the work area is accessible and cleared of furniture before our crew arrives. Any delays caused by unprepared workspaces may result in rescheduling and possible additional fees.
